Hello!

Hi there! I’m Rachel, and my work and passion revolves around the supporting and coaching individuals like you to unlock the your potential within. With a background in Occupational Psychology (MSc) and an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching, not to mention my accreditation with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding and nurturing growth in others.

My Story

My adventure began in the vibrant field of corporate psychology, but it didn’t take long for me to realise that my heart lies in working one-on-one with people, helping them to discover and navigate their own paths. I’ve been fortunate to collaborate with amazing organisations such as Google, Discovery Channel, Eurosport, and Legal & General. These experiences have enriched my understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within various industries, allowing me to tailor my approach to each individual’s needs.

How I Coach

My coaching style? Think of it as a blend of heart and science. I believe in the power of effective communication, emotional intelligence, and finding that sweet spot where your work and life balance in harmony. My approach is all about creating a space where you feel both supported and challenged, enabling you to see new perspectives, tackle obstacles head-on, and stride confidently towards your goals.

Staying up to date

I am a keen reader of self-development literature and get to curate and produce insights from some leading lights on the Supporting Champions Podcast (itunes, Spotify) that I manage and produce with my husband, Dr Steve Ingham. I filter and use these cutting edge practical insights wherever and whenever they are needed to support clients.

A Bit About Me

Outside of coaching, I’m a lover of the great outdoors. There’s something about being in nature (I have my stick gathering cockapoo, ‘Biggsy’ prompting me to go out each day) that recharges my batteries and inspires me.

In my younger days I was Cornish Flash Boat Rowing champion and played the oboe! Now, I fill evenings and weekends volunteering at our brilliant local musical theatre group Starlight Youth Theatre.
